Instructions on how to find a Gamertag, start game, select assigned NFL teams, and notify tournament league of final score.

1. From the Xbox home screen, select the “My games and apps” tab
2. Scroll down to the “apps” tab
3. From the Xbox home screen press the Xbox button on the center of your remote. Scroll left once to the “People” tab and then down to “Find someone”. 
4. Opponents in the Tournament should enter their opponent’s gamertag, press “Search” and then add them as a friend. 
5. Once you know that you have added your opponent as a friend, open Madden NFL 20.
6. At this point the Home team from the Tournament bracket should then select “Exhibition” from the Madden 20 main screen and then “ONLINE HEAD TO HEAD”.  The visiting team on the Tournament bracket simply waits for the invite.
7. Select the “PLAY A FRIEND” tab below, then choose your opponent’s gamertag from the list that appears on the screen. Press the “Menu" button on your controller to create a game. 
8. Select the following settings for your game:

    

   • Fatigue: Off
   • Injuries: Off 
   • Even teams: On 
   • Quarter length: 6 minutes 
   • Game skill: Pro
   • Accelerated Clock: 20 sec
   • Weather: Off
   • Play Call: Enhanced
   • Tournament players are permitted to select a playbook from another NFL team.
   
   
   
9. Once you have selected these features press the “A” button to send your opponent the invite.
10. Once the opponent has accepted the invite and both players are in the game lobby, both players should select their assigned NFL team (see Tournament Bracket for assigned team).  A picture of the start and setting screens should be taken and emailed to fundamentalsportsllc@gmail.com. If you do not select the correct team you will be disqualified from the tournament.
11. At this point the players will play their online game.
12. Once the game has ended, the winning team should take a picture of the final score and email it to fundamentalsportsllc@gmail.com. The final score picture will need to be emailed within 30 minutes of completing the game. Failure to submit the final score within 30 minutes of completing the game will result in a forfeit and prohibit that team from moving forward in the bracket.
